Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Must be made one day before the excursion along with payment.
• Deposit: 50% of the charter fee is required upon booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due 15 working days before departure.
• Short-Term Bookings: For bookings made fewer than 10 days before departure, 100% of the fee is due immediately.
• Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Bank Transfer: Kasikorn Bank, Account No.: 809-0-63990-9, Account Name: TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd.
  • Credit Card: 3% processing fee applies.
• Full Payment Deadline: Full payment should be made one day before the trip.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Charterer Cancellation

• More than 60 days before the start date: 10% cancellation fee.
• 30-60 days: 25% cancellation fee.
• 7-30 days: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days: 75% cancellation fee.
• Less than 2 days: 100% of the total fee is retained.

Cancellation Submission: Must be submitted via email to [email protected].

2.2 TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd. Cancellation

• Weather/Mechanical Failure: Reschedule or full refund offered.

3. Force Majeure

• Definition: Includes natural disasters, war, epidemics, and other uncontrollable events.
• Options: Reschedule or 50% refund for cancellations due to force majeure.

4. Security Deposit and Damage Liability

• Refundable Deposit: 2,000 baht for potential damages.
• Insurance and Liability: The boat is insured; the charterer is liable for damages caused by them or their guests.
• Non-Payment: Legal action may be pursued for unpaid damages.

5. Safety Standards and Responsibilities

• Life Jackets: Provided for all guests.
• Water Sports: Participation is at guests’ own risk.
• Unsafe Weather: TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend charters.

6. Personal Health and Medical Conditions

• Disclosure: Medical conditions must be disclosed before booking.
• Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals are not permitted on the boat.

7. Insurance Coverage

• Accident Insurance: 500,000 baht for medical expenses, 1,000,000 baht for death.

8. Prohibited Items and Animals

• Illegal Items: Not allowed onboard.
• Animals: No pets permitted.

9. Waivers and Limitations of Liability

• General Waiver: The charterer waives all claims against TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd.
• Liability Limit: Limited to insurance coverage amounts.

10. Lost Belongings

• TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd. is not responsible for lost items during or after the trip.

11. Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2 weeks.
• Currency Fluctuations: Refunds are made in Thai baht, and currency exchange variations are not TARA SOJOURN & SUPPLIES Co., Ltd.’s responsibility.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By signing the charter booking form, the charterer agrees to all terms and must complete the Charter Passenger List for insurance purposes.
